What's best about cereals is the fact that they are the most convenient to eat – as compared to fruits and vegetables – among the foods that cleanse the colon.
You see, what you need to eat to keep your colon healthy are very easy to come by. There are even no special requirements. You can just pick them from your garden, grab them from your fridge or even take them from your kitchen cabinet.
